Paul Battye

Paul Battye is currently Head of the Pensions Compensation & Benefits Practice at Flint Hyde Executive Search. Having worked in the industry for nearly a decade Paul is considered to be one of the UK and Europe’s leading specialists in attracting and retaining the best senior talent within the pensions industry.

Paul started his career working for one of the world’s largest recruitment consultancies where he quickly developed a niche understanding of the pensions industry. He then moved to a financial services specialist where he was a senior manager developing the pensions practice before joining Flint Hyde in 2006 as Practice Head.
